Consent to the processing of personal data

I agree to the processing of my personal data by TEMPUS LIVING sro, with its registered office at: Holečkova 789/49, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5, Company ID: 01812157 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). that personal data will be processed to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of processing listed below and in accordance with applicable legislation. I agree that my personal data should be provided by the Company to the carrier of the goods and to the Company's processors who process the personal data for the purpose stated herein, if necessary. I agree that the company will process my personal data for marketing purposes to the extent of:

(i)sending business offers to e-mail;

(ii) providing business offers by telephone;

(iii) offering products or services (whether owned or not);

(iv) sending information about events, products, services and other activities being organized;

(v) contacting for market research and marketing research, either electronically or by telephone.

I agree with the processing of personal data in the extent of name, surname, date of birth, residence, telephone, email, foreigners address of the place of residence and citizenship, in the case of self-employed persons name, registered office, company ID, VAT company ID, registered architects´nr. in ČKA (hereinafter referred to as "personal data") for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship with the subject of consent in connection with the availability of services during the registration of the user account at www.aidda.cz for the period of valid registration, no later than 3 years after the cancellation of the user account.

The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the relevant legal standards on the protection of personal data and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing and free movement of such data Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

The subject of consent to the processing of personal data is entitled to withdraw the consent at any time (without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent granted prior to its revocation), even without giving a reason, the consent subject has the right to access and correct them. The provision of personal data is voluntary, the subject of consent has the right to communicate which personal data have been processed and for what purpose.

If the consent subject discovers or believes that the company is processing personal data that is contrary to the protection of private and personal life or is illegal, especially if personal data are inaccurate with respect to the purpose of the processing, it may request clarification and require the company to remedy the situation. This may include blocking, correcting, supplementing or destroying personal data.
